Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

As many of you are aware, Mother of God Church will be celebrating our 70th Anniversary during the weekend of August 17th-18th. I am hopeful that all our parishioners and families will be an active part of this celebration as it will be in lieu of our annual picnic. It will also be a wonderful opportunity to come together to meet other parishioners whom you may not know, as well as catch up with those whom you see each Saturday or Sunday!

On Sunday, Auxiliary Bishop Rodriguez will be officiating the Noon Mass and a formal reception will be held from 2-5PM at All Saints Church Hall (2559 S Federal Blvd 80219-a short 12 min drive) to accommodate the large number of parishioners and Mother of God friends expected to be in attendance.

A plentiful buffet will be served along with a variety of libations – This will truly be a kid-friendly family event! There is ample parking and the whole venue is handicap accessible.

On Saturday after the 6PM Mass a delectable Wine and Cheese reception will be held in our church basement from 7-9PM.
